Mission Statement:
The Charlotte Royals Rugby Football Club exists to promote rugby, physical fitness, teamwork and inclusivity for LGBTQIA+ and allies.
Vision Statement:
The Charlotte Royals Rugby Club strives to be the premiere LGBTQIA+ and allies club in the South-East and a community pillar of wellness, education and volunteerism.
Core Values:
Respect – We value respect for all regardless of age, race, religion, color, creed, social standing, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, or physical ability.
Health – We value promoting physical fitness and mental health.
Sportsmanship – We value fair and generous behavior or treatment of others on the field.

Intentions:
The Charlotte Royals RFC will work alongside, advocate for, and encourage the wider rugby community to adopt the ideals and consequences set forth in our Code of Conduct and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) Policy.
Code of Conduct:
Our duty in building and maintaining the idea of an inclusive environment— in both the sport of rugby and in the community—must also continue to show in our actions.
Charlotte Royals Standards:
Display acceptable public behavior that reflects the club and the community.
Display respectful, inclusive, and friendly interactions with members, coaches, families, sponsors, and communities.
Adhere and agree to club and community regulations and laws.
Respect and comply with decisions made by coaches and board members.
Report to the Head Coach and/or any Board Member regarding any activities or circumstances that contradict the requirements asked in a hasty fashion.
Activities such as hazing, abusive or non-inclusive language, and inappropriate cyber activity will not be tolerated by any Member or Sponsor.
Any infraction of the Code of Conduct reported to the Head Coach and/or any Board Member will start the judiciary process. A Judiciary Committee—chaired by the President with at least three (3) Members—and shall be appointed by the Board. The Judiciary Committee will obtain information in regards to the incident in question and provide the board with a majority opinion.
The Charlotte Royals Rugby Football club reserves the right to review and take disciplinary actions against any Member or Sponsor who displays behavior unbecoming of the club.
